Vortex mixer are used to vortex cell suspension, tissue culture mixing in tubes, flasks, small containers etc.
It utilizes a see saw or wave action, where the platform rocks on a central point. With smaller footprint, but high driving force, more platforms can be added by stacking two more platforms to accommodate more samples. These rockers are suitable for mixing various flat bottles, such as culture flasks, Petri dishes etc.
It is a dual action shaker with variable speed control mechanism that provides gentle to vigorous shaking. It is compact with micro-computer control technology.
