It provides feasibility of vial lyophilization. Precise vacuum control enables faster freeze drying and reproducible results. Built in oil mist filtration system and vacuum pump oil return device helps in maintenance of vacuum pressure and prevention of oil leakage.

For samples containing solvents or with low eutectic points, -80°C condenser provides maximum performance. The TLFD is the largest freeze dryer with all the features and advantages of our smaller freeze dryers, but on a production scale, enabling large scale, controllable freeze drying of bulk samples in a single cycle.
